Master in Information Technology Law (AA 2016-2017)
Training objectives:
- The objective of the Master is to create a highly and specifically training program aimed at developing a practical professionalism, in a theoretical, methodological and application in the field of computer law, with respect to national and internazionale.Il program provides context a framework of the objectives pursued by the use of information systems with particular reference to the administration of justice. Moreover, it offered a framework of reference for purposes of synthesis and summary, with specific attention to both phases of the legislative and judicial aspects.
Purposes of the Master:
- To train professional experts in the dynamics of the ICT law, in the assessment and management of legal issues, in order to acquire full mastery of the law, new technologies and e-skills in the relationship between law and new technologies;
- Create professional figures of legal education can promote and become agents of change in organizational innovation, legal and technological;
- Train professionals, from a theoretical-methodological and application in the field of computer law. These topics are: information technology and legal informatics law, telecommunications law and electronic commerce; Intellectual property; law of the Internet; theory and technique of the standardization (to institutional levels) and computer applications and telematics (legimatica, neural networks, etc.); border issues of 'e-government and processes in place for the digitization of public administrations, big data, open data and IoT (Internet of Things cd) and innovation law;
- Offer graduates the opportunity to complete and perfect their knowledge on matters pertaining the new ICT technologies, connected to the PA, and the economic and legal relations in general, to have adequate preparation to face the labor market, public competitions, the administrative career, the diplomatic and new professions;
- Provide executives and public officials, central and peripheral, the opportunity to carry out renovation work and retraining, in specific issues of innovation in the PA (simplification, digitization, standardization, etc.);
- Update professionals from various fields (lawyers, accountants, notaries) and consultants on technological innovations and regulations of the specialized sector, in order to achieve a 'proper digital competence base, e-leadership and expertise, essential for new professions, even in small enterprises (see. AGID strategy);
- Develop practical skills in the field of computer law, innovation, telecommunications and e-commerce, of 'e-government and cyber security, with particular reference to the role of the processing of personal data (Privacy Officer).
